Resort Information

• The minimum age to check in is 21; all guests occupying rooms must be 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Standard rooms are permitted 2 adults per room with an additional person charge for any extra adults of $20 per night.
• We guarantee the rooms to be ready by 3pm and check out is at 11am.
• If you choose to cancel you must do so within 72 hours of arrival to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
• There is limited self parking and Valet parking is complimentary for guests of the hotel; 1 car per room.
• There are no pets allowed on premises.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Late check outs are granted on the day of departure only and may be subject to additional fees.
• The entire resort has complimentary WI-FI access and a complimentary business center is available as well.
• Faxing services are available at the front desk.
• Rollaway beds are available at a charge of $15 per night and cannot be placed in rooms that already have a sleeper-sofa.
• There is a fitness room on property located at first floor poolside near the guest laundry.
• Dry cleaning services are available as well as guest coin laundry.
• Beach towels may be checked out at the resort front desk.
• Luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures is available and complimentary.
• There is a resort fee of $11 per room per night to cover the resort amenities.
• Hotel wristbands are given to all registered guests; they indicate to the hotel staff and security that you are a guest of the hotel. These are not replaceable if lost, but if you take off your wristband you may return it for a replacement.
• A two night deposit is taken at time of booking and the remaining balance is collected upon check in.
• All rooms have refrigerators and microwaves available.
• Non-registered guests are permitted to purchase a wristband from the Tiki Deck when cover charges are required; guests of the hotel cannot be issued additional wrist bands for visitors.
• We do not provide shuttle service to and from the airport, but do recommend Mandalay Limo and Cab service at 727-461-1069 the rate is a flat fee of $45.
• All rooms have in-room safes for your security.
• Jet Ski, Parasailing, Segways, Bicycles, and Kayaks are all available to rent on property.

Food and Beverage Information

• We have live entertainment 365 days a year.
• The bar areas are 21 and up only on certain days and times.
• The Waterfront Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. There are buffets offered specific days and hours. The dinner is our famous Seafood and Prime Rib buffet. Breakfast is served from 8am to 11:30am. Lunch is served from 11:30am to 3pm. Dinner is served from 4pm-10pm. (Hours and menus may vary depending on time of year.)
• The Tiki Bar and Margarita Grill open at 11am, food is served from the Grill until 10pm and the Tiki Bar remains open until 12am. (Hours may vary due to weather, holidays and special events.)
• Room service is available for breakfast from 8am to 11am, lunch from 11:30am to 4:00pm, and dinner from 4pm to 10pm. (Hours may vary depending on time of year.)
• The Wave Nightclub is open from 9pm-3am. The days the club is open varies with the time of year. Check with front desk for current schedule.
• The Sunset Lounge opens at 11am and closes at 3am.
• Live music is played at the Tiki bar from 2pm to 12am and the Sunset Lounge has live music from 9pm to 3am. (Hours may vary due to weather, holidays and special events.)
• ATMs are located on property
